- The winning proposals of the Spanish 2025 ARCHITECTURE Awards were unveiled during a gala ceremony, which also honoured architects and urban planners Joan Busquets and Fernando de Terán with the Gold Medal for Architecture (awarded ex aequo), and recognised volunteer architects working in natural disasters with the Lluís Comerón Graupera Architect Award.
- The six value-based awards went to: Biblioteca de los Mil Soles in Madrid, by Miguel Ángel Díaz Camacho, MADC & Partners SLP; the pedestrian bridge Una línea sobre el Cervol in Vinaròs (Castellón), by SBP Ingenieros + Burgos & Garrido Arquitectos; the Stabilisation of the Urban Anthropogenic Caves System in Tomelloso (Ciudad Real), by Aguado + Vellés + Aperte; the Concéntrico Festival (La Rioja); the Rehabilitation of the Tobacco Factory and Cinema Victoria in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, by fadg estudio; and the Bird and Mammal Shelter and Water Tank in Kirchberg (Luxembourg), by Temperaturas Extremas Arquitectos + Adelino Magalhães Associados.
- Among the special awards, the Spanish Architecture Award went to the KUNSTSILO Museum in Kristiansand (Norway), by MENDOZA PARTIDA + BAX STUDIO + MESTRES WAGE; the Spanish Urbanism Award was shared by the Strategy for the Renaturalisation of Urban Watercourses in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, by Rodrigo Vargas González, and the River Manzanares Restoration Strategy in Madrid, by aldayjover arquitectura y paisaje. The Permanence Award was granted to the Congress and Exhibition Centre of Mérida (Badajoz), designed by Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos and built 20 years ago.
- Award winners received the TOITS sculpture, crafted from COMPAC® Obsidian. COMPAC® has been the official sponsor of the Spanish ARCHITECTURE Awards since their inception.
- The ceremony was held at Teatro Fernán Gómez in Madrid, with more than 500 attendees, including the authors of the 27 finalist proposals.
