Concurso de la UIA: diseño del póster Día Mundial de la Arquitectura 2018.

La UIA convoca un concurso internacional de carteles en honor al Día Mundial de la Arquitectura 2018, que también conmemora el 70 aniversario de la fundación de la Unión Internacional de Arquitectos.

El jurado estará compuesto por el estadounidense Michael Bierut, el equipo coreano Sulki and Min y Swiss Trix Barmettler.

Required - Designs must include the UIA logo, a banner (top , bottom or side) with the text World Architecture Day, the date 1 October 2018, and emphasizing the theme statement Architecture... for a better world! Sufficient space must be provided for at least two additional sponsor logotypes and names; equivalent in size to the UIA name and logotype.

Languages - All text must be in English or French, the two official languages of the UIA.

Images - All elements of the design must be original work, or work used by permission. Graphics, photographs or artwork not produced by entrants must be authorized for use; full documentation of such authorization must accompany submissions, and credits to original sources must be included on the poster.

Prize - The author(s) of the winning submission will receive a single prize of 1,000 EUR (one thousand Euros). This sum is to be divided equally among authors of the winning submission, if it is a team effort. The design will be used worldwide to promote World Architecture Day in mass media, the trade press, in social media and at a wide variety of events and venues. The winner will be recognized at events and in publications. The Jury may also select runners-up, whose submissions may also be made available in digital format or a second First Prize Winner.

Announcement - The winner will be announced on Monday, 2 July 2018.
